It’s entirely flexible, and your cleaner will help and do whatever your priorities are in any given week.

Yes, certainly -- your allocated cleaner has been through a thorough vetting process before we introduce them to you or any client.

We have a proprietary 4-phase recruitment process, and it includes an initial screening, a telephone evaluation to determine if the candidate appears to be the right type of person for the role. Following this, if the applicant appears suitable, an interview is performed in the cleaner candidate’s own home. We regularly monitor the cleaner's performance and only allocate more work according to satisfactory feedback from clients.

We have taken photo, documents, ID and references; and we check that all is in order. The cleaner has signed a declaration and a consent form to go through a DBS "police check" -- so that you can feel good about the cleaner who works in your home.

You'll want a cleaner who's a good match for you.

That's why we provide a guarantee that you'll be happy with your regular cleaner.

There's a process towards ensuring that, and there's a replacement service in case you didn't feel that the first 1 or 2 cleaners were the best match for you. If we cannot provide you a cleaner who's a good match for you, we'll cancel and close the file.

You are at all times covered by that built-in guarantee (that's why it's better than a "trial").

In short, yes, but remember that you're normally best off with a weekly schedule, for 3 reasons:

(1) you get a lower rate with weekly, (2) there is a greater choice of cleaner operatives available for weekly, and (3) it is normally more hygienic to have a bit of cleaning done more regularly, rather than vice-versa.

However, you can definitely have fortnightly, if that's what you prefer.

Your cleaner will work to your direction & approval and will use your materials and equipment, so that you can decide exactly which sprays and tools to be used in your home. Many clients prefer this way anyway, because they’re very aware of the various sprays they want to use (and not use) in their home.

It is the most hygienic way to operate, because the cleaner won’t bring dust from another house into your home.

Moreover, you can be also sure that there won’t be any harsh or unknown chemicals, allergens or irritants sprayed in your home.

Your cleaner is local and near you. Cleaners operatives are typically within a reasonable distance of within 1 - 3 miles.

Your regular cleaner should come every time as a regular, routine schedule.

If on a rare occasion your cleaner is away, there are backup cleaners available, on request.

You can then continue to enjoy a clean home.

This is all part of the service, and there is no extra charge for cover cleaners.
